Group Fitness
Group fitness classes can be a lot of fun and at InShape Health Clubs, our wide range of group fitness classes ensure that there's something for everyone. BodyAttack: A high intensity workout with simple, athletic movements in an interval training format. With structured work and recovery phases, this class will ensure that you work harder overall for maximum fitness gains. Suitable for intermediate to advanced members.
BodyBalance: This is a Yoga influenced pre-choreographed exercise class to improve flexibility, strength, balance, cardiovascular capacity, fat loss and stress reduction. Designed to create harmony between breathing, movement and relaxation. Suitable for all levels.
BodyCombat: A martial arts based class combining elements of Tai Chi, Karate and Kickboxing to give you a great overall workout. The kicks and shuffles will strengthen and tone the legs while the variety of punches and defensive moves will train the upper body. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
BodyJam: The ultimate groove class. An irresistible mix of Latin, Funk, Groove, Jazz and Hip-hop. If it's fun moves you want, BodyJam is the class.
BodyPump: Pump is a fun, motivating, workout that gets you in fantastic shape fast. Pump is a non-impact class designed to give your body a complete workout to music using barbells and weights. Suitable for all fitness levels.
BodyStep: Body Step is a pre-choreographed athletic class with movements oriented around the step. Designed to improve overall fitness through cardiovascular stepping, weights and core stabilising sections. Suitable for all fitness levels, preferably medium to high. Co-ordination required is moderate.
RPM: An indoor cycling workout excellent for improving cardiovascular fitness. Guided by the instructor and the music, the session will include slow climbs, short sprints and recovery spins.
